What kind of photo works best?
Use a clear, well-lit photo where every face is easy to see and not covered by sunglasses, hands or heavy shadows. We check the photo before generation and ask for another if needed.
Can I combine two separate photos?
No. For The Two of You, upload one clear photo showing both people together. We do not combine separate portraits at launch.
When do I pay?
After you choose the expression, review the interactive 3D proof and approve it. Then you select Standard or Expedited shipping, see the exact total and continue to secure Stripe Checkout.
What if the likeness needs a change?
One guided change request is included. Your approved version is the one that moves to payment, final quality review and production.
When will it ship?
Most kits ship within 3 business days after proof approval, payment and final quality review. Shipping time after carrier handoff depends on the method you select.
Why is the pet portrait joining soon?
We’re validating the complete pet workflow before taking orders. The public price is $69 + shipping, and the release list will be the first to know when it is ready.
Can you paint it for me?
Not yet. Dote Studio is made for people who want to finish the gift themselves—even if they do not think they are artistic. If you would prefer a finished portrait, join the quiet interest list below.
How is the photo handled?
Your image is used to create the private portrait workflow and is not placed in a public gallery. The launch privacy notice will explain storage, service providers and deletion timing before upload.
