ORDER STATUS

To view the status of your order, go to My Account and select Order Status. Enter your Order ID or the relevant search criteria. Here, you will find a list of orders by date, including the order's status, order ID, and order total. When your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you indicating your shipment information.

International Orders

International shipments are sent via Registered Mail, and the status is available up to the point the mail leaves Singapore. Further status of your overseas item is available to selected destinations. Use the registered article (RA) number in your shipping confirmation email to check the article status online at SingPost.

Singapore Orders

Orders delivered by SingPost standard mail cannot be tracked.

Regarding Orders

You may view Dote designs at our Retailers. Retailers carry selected styles, so if you are looking for something specific please call the store before visiting. You may also contact orders@dotestudio.com to make an appointment at our warehouse.
