HOW TO SHOP ONLINE
Shopping online is easy using our shopping cart.  You can change your order at any time by adjusting the quantities in the cart before checkout.  To view your cart contents, click on the “Cart” link at the top right hand corner of every page.  Your total bill including shipping charges will be reflected before you make payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been received.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
Available sizes and colours are listed on each product page.

  • "Sold Out" - the item that is permanently out of stock and no longer available.
  • "Temporarily Out of Stock" - refers to an item that is currently unavailable but will be restocked shortly.

The stock status refers to the Dote online store, so please do check with our Retailers if a style that you like is not available online. While we make every effort to keep the stock status updated on our site, we do occasionally sell out of certain items by the time we receive your order (e.g. when there is high transaction volume). If this occurs, we will notify you via email.

PRICES
All prices on our site are listed and charged in Singapore dollars. We do not charge GST or Sales tax. For international customers, the exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match closely with the going exchange rates. Import Duties & Taxes
International deliveries may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering into. These costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay Dote. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges in order to receive their shipment.

International Orders
International shipments are sent via Registered Mail, and the status is available up to the point the mail leaves Singapore. Further status of your overseas item is available to selected destinations. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the registered article (RA) number. Use the RA number to check the article status online at SingPost.

Dote is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colours. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry or dry clean. Dry items inside out away from direct sunlight. Iron on low heat. As an added precaution you may also place your garments inside a laundry net before washing.
