REGARDING ORDERS
We usually process and ship out all orders within 3 working days (Mon - Fri) from the time the order is received, but please allow up to a week. A shipping confirmation email is sent when your order ships. If you do not hear from us during this time, it may be that our reply to you has been filtered to your spam box by your email server. Please check your spam box and enable your spam filter (especially Hotmail or free email account users) to allow emails from domain name dotestudio.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you have an item that you would like to return or exchange, please read our Returns & Exchange Policy and email us (subject "Return") with your name & address, order number, item description and reason for return.
VIEWING & TRYING CLOTHES
You may view Dote designs at our Retailers. Not all retailers hold all stock, so if you are looking for something specific please call the store before visiting.
